I am sub leasing half of my my 700 sqft studio to share with another person. This is right on the beach, you will have 350sqft just for yourself. Very high ceilling, great space for painters, sculptors ect... right now it is used for storage but it will be cleared soon I myself am an active painter and use non-toxic paints on my side of the studio The studio is right on the boardwalk, feel free to email me any questions.
