co:lab – a flexible brand destination in the best location of Stockholm

Located at Kungsgatan 18, between Stureplan and Hötorget, co:lab is a 475 m² (in total, for The Studio around 240m2) venue created for brands looking to gain visibility, connect with their audience and make a meaningful impact. Inspired by Korea’s dynamic pop-up scene, THE FLOOR is designed around flexibility and strong visual expression. Large digital screens throughout both the interior and exterior allow the venue to be quickly transformed to suit each activation. Facing the street, co:lab includes a total of 22 m² of digital screen space. With approximately 500,000 people passing the location every week, it provides strong visibility on one of Stockholm’s busiest streets.

THE FLOOR offers approximately 240 m² of flexible pop-up space suitable for brand activation, brand experience, retail, product launches and other activations.

THE STUDIO offers approximately 240 m² of flexible pop-up space suitable for nightclubs, restaurants, product launches, parties, concerts, live performances and other events.

THE FLOOR and THE STUDIO can be rented together or separately, and the spaces are connected to each other. The venue is divided into four spaces, three of which form part of THE FLOOR. Space 1 and 2 make up the largest section and face Kungsgatan, while space 3 is located at the rear of The Floor. Between space 2 and 3 is Zone Nicotine Pouches, our permanent tenant. This reflects the wider idea behind co:lab: to create a vibrant meeting place where multiple brands and tenants can coexist.
