Located at the gates of Spain in the town of Boulou, We offer you a fully equipped room divided into two spaces: One is the pretty room you see in the photos (floor to ceiling height 3.75m), The other is the relaxation area with kitchen, counter and bathroom with shower (work in progress of finishing, photos to come) as well as a small mezzanine. This can be rented empty or furnished (soon new photos will be online with the new furniture) This room can be rented for very short periods, for example for a Pop-Up Store, an exhibition of works of art, gallery of paintings, photo shoots, film shoots, opening, private events, private showroom, all in the greater respect and discretion for your events. As an option, we offer the rental of a fully equipped adjoining studio that can accommodate two people. This option will give you access to a small backyard connecting the studio to the room.
