Our space is the Bay Area?s leading cultural destination for all things architecture and design. The space provides a comfortable and beautiful venue for day and evening events, with enough space for up to 291 total attendees. We?re centrally located in downtown San Francisco with easy access to public transportation on both local and regional systems. Whether you're planning a corporate board meeting, lecture, exhibition, or holiday party, our venue offers over 3,000 square feet of flexible, expertly designed event space. Our leadership team is committed to providing flexibility and amenities to bring your vision to life. Individually, the Lecture Hall has a capacity for 106 attendees and the Conference Room has a capacity of 30-44 attendees. The Storefront Caf� and Gallery can host up to 69 attendees. The Vault Meeting Room holds 14-24 attendees. The Lecture Hall features state-of-the-art AV + acoustics and lighting to accommodate events in various configurations. Video can be played via HDMI input from a laptop through the ceiling-mounted video projector and screen. The Lecture Hall projection screen is 14ft? wide by 7ft, 10in' high. There are 8 wireless microphones available in the space that can be used for introductions/post screening Q&A/discussion. There are 8 loudspeakers (500W peak) distributed overhead. Seating is split between about 50 chairs at ground level, with space for an additional 56 seats in our raked bleacher seating. These spaces are easily configured for parties, lectures, classes, workshops, exhibitions, and other events. Rentals includes the use of 150 stacking chairs, 30 tables, our ceiling-mounted digital projectors and the ability to record your programming for future use for a small fee. Regarding pricing, the $,2160 hourly rate (+ platform fees) includes full ground-floor rental of the 3,310 sq. ft. space. If you are interested in only renting out the Lecture Hall, our main space for panel presentations and larger events, that hourly rate would come to $1,560 ( and platform fees). Rental of the Lecture Hall includes full use of the 1,000 sq. ft. space, with capacity for 106 attendees, split between seating for 50 on the ground floor and seating for an additional 56 in the raked bleacher seating. Please note: our storefront cafe/in-house coffee/pastry vendor is open to the public during regular business, Monday through Friday, from 8am - 4pm. They can be bought out for an additional fee.
