The lot measures 44'6" wide X 160' deep, with a 14' wide gate opening. Tivoli lights to create a lovely skylit setting for all occasions.�The Art Yard may be used for outdoor events, film screenings, photography shoots, food trucks stations, production vehicle docking, communal soccer scrimmages, and more. **This price excludes a $150 cleaning fee that must be received prior to booking.** Please note we have a strict sound policy and there are no kitchen facilities or restrooms available outdoors. No live musical events or amplified music allowed.
