About the Space Our gallery offers a modern and elegant environment, with a spacious hall with high ceiling for approximately 180 guests, two restrooms, a great location, and the convenience of free parking. Be courteous ? Security cameras and recording devices throughout the gallery ? Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement Amenities ? WiFi ? Speakers ? Full AC, Lighting, two bathrooms, and lounge area for staff Features ? Street-level access ? Wheelchair Accessible ? Parking Space(s) ? Public Transportation ? Restrooms All ages are allowed in the space. It is prohibited sell alcohol. Large events require hired security. Do not overstay the agreed-upon rental duration without prior approval. Do not damage the property, leading to forfeiture of the security deposit. Do not exceed the agreed-upon number of guests, risking safety and compliance issues. Do not serve alcohol or bring in catering without proper approval and adherence to regulations. Do not touch or move artworks without permission; avoid any actions that may cause damage. Do not use the gallery's branding without explicit permission; respect intellectual property rights and approval of the brand's standards. Do not engage in any activities that violate laws or jeopardize the safety of attendees. Operating Hours ? Monday - Sunday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM ? All rentals include setup and teardown time ? Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Production insurance is required, additional insured with 1M in coverage. Security cameras: all entrances, exits, and creative spaces are surveilled, with the exception of restrooms as prohibited by law. No indoor cooking.
