Urban Pop-Up Space in Bermondsey

Watched over by the Shard skyscraper, Bermondsey is popular for its great bars, pubs and coffee shops just south of the river. On the east side of the street is this flexible space set across converted 19th century tannery buildings.

The space is available to rent in part or as a whole and has a lot of potential for unusual events, shows, product launches, or experiential ideas. Inside, rooms are industrial and the original brickwork has been updated with soft lighting and wooden flooring. There's also plenty of outside space to make use of. From two impressive rooftops with great views, to cobbled courtyards complete with a striking set of stacked shipping containers.

As such a unique and varied space, big and creative ideas will do well here. It's just an eight minute walk to London Bridge station, and under 10 to Tower Bridge.
