Midtown Cozy Loft for your Holiday Party/ Event

A creative loft in the middle of Midtown Manhattan. Our space is ideal for parties, production shoots, workshops, conferences, & so much more! The space comes furnished as is, or we can provide a blank space to serve as a blank canvas for your event.

With over 2,500 square feet of usable space, we can seat up to 100 guests and host 200 standing. The 'Speakeasy Space' is properly named and offers a warm/ intimate vibe from the moment you set foot in the door.

- Security guards for events with 40+ guests - 1 guard required per 40 persons
